PROJECT DESCRIPTION

For this project, Duncan Architects provided comprehensive services beginning with feasibility studies and master planning and extending through full architectural and interior design for a combined office, warehouse, and rehabilitation facility supporting TRDI’s mission to create and enhance life opportunities for individuals with barriers and disabilities. Our planning process engaged TRDI leadership and staff to understand their operational, training, and rehabilitation needs, ensuring the building would function as both a workplace and a supportive environment for personal development.

The resulting design integrates administrative offices, meeting and training rooms, and staff amenities with an efficiently organized warehouse for storage, distribution, and vocational training. Rehabilitation areas are purposefully planned to accommodate a variety of programs while prioritizing accessibility, safety, and user comfort.
