The design includes a striking 45-foot lap pool, providing ample space for fitness and leisure, alongside a flexible entertaining area that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living. An outdoor kitchen is thoughtfully incorporated to facilitate gatherings and social events, while a spacious gym overlooking the pool deck offers a premium fitness experience. Large multi-panel sliding glass doors are strategically positioned to frame picturesque views of the covered pool area, with activity zones thoughtfully organized within the structural bays of the building, creating a harmonious flow and functional layout.
