As Project Architect for the 801 Blanchard development, a 46-story residential tower in Seattle’s Denny Triangle, Ryan led the architectural design and documentation for this $215 million, 418-unit project. Collaborating closely with the design team, he ensured adherence to project specifications and quality standards, overseeing the integration of innovative structural solutions, including the exoskeleton system and interlocking setbacks.
